Weather – LuminoCity is a rain or shine event unless the weather is severe. Terrain – The festival is built on the lawn of Randall’s Island Park, so if/when there is a lot of precipitation and not enough time for the ground to dry out, please be careful of the mud on the ground and dress accordingly. Please understand for safety issues, LuminoCity cannot accommodate any requests for more tickets due to City regulations regarding the maximum limit of capacity at the venue.
